Orchard Estates is Traverse Homes' first community: 12 lots, each a 1/3 acre or more, located at 350 South and 300 West in Smithfield. Lots run from 14,314 to 20,727 square feet, giving you room for a 3-car garage, covered back porch, and a yard that actually gets used.
Every home here will be a Traverse build. Pick a lot, pick a plan or bring your own, and pick the finishes so the home feels like you.
